Biography

Mark Herz is an accomplished classical guitarist and dedicated music educator deeply embedded in the Montreal music scene. After completing his Bachelor of Music at McGill University, he earned his Master's degree in guitar performance in 2023 from the Conservatoire de musique de Montréal.

At the Conservatoire he studied under the supervision of renowned guitarist Jérôme Ducharme. With over a decade of teaching experience, Mark has mentored students of all levels, guiding them to first prizes in national competitions and successful auditions for university music programs.
