A large neighbourhood of families

Rosemont is one of the areas of Montreal with the most families with children, between the Promenade Masson, Maisonneuve Park and its many primary schools. A lesson at home slips easily into the week: right after school, before dinner, without the car.

Following the school year

For children, the format that works best follows the school calendar: one lesson a week from September to June, at a fixed time, with a break over the holidays and spring break. The schedule is settled once in September and nobody has to think about it again.

Preparing for a competition

For a student who progresses quickly, a competition gives the year a concrete goal. Every year since 2022, at least one of Mark's students has placed on the podium at a Quebec competition. Preparation takes several months: choosing the pieces, memorisation, playing in front of an audience.

What to have ready
